1.1 UseFlex ensures the confidentiality and security of all personal data provided by you during the purchase process.
1.2 You are responsible for keeping your account details and passwords confidential. If you suspect that your data has been leaked or misused, you must notify UseFlex immediately.
1.3 By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful. Incorrect or false information may result in legal consequences.
1.4 UseFlex may share your data with affiliated companies and service providers for the processing of orders and compliance with legal obligations.
1.5 For international returns, your data may be shared with our return partners in accordance with applicable legislation.
2. Customer Service
2.1 Our customer service team is available to answer questions, process requests and resolve complaints. You can contact us by phone, via the contact form on our website, or by email: info@useflexshoes.com.
2.2 Our Help Centre provides additional information about orders, products and services.
3. Delivery Conditions
3.1 Delivery takes place on working days (Monday to Friday) between 08:00 and 22:00. In exceptional cases, delivery may also occur on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
3.2 Before delivery, please ensure that the product fits through accessible areas such as lifts, doors and hallways. UseFlex is not responsible for carrying products via stairs, windows or for assembly.
3.3 A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made, with up to 48 hours between attempts. A valid ID and authorisation must be available to sign for receipt.
3.4 Once your order has been completed, it is not possible to modify the delivery address or payment method.
3.5 The delivery time indicated at purchase is an estimate, based on stock availability, region and processing time. We will notify you by email regarding the status of your order.
3.6 Shipping costs depend on location, weight and product dimensions.
3.7 Our couriers are not permitted to:

Enter your home;

Deliver products through windows or other unusual methods;

Assemble or install products;

Open packaging;

Deliver to minors or persons without valid ID.
3.8 UseFlex is not responsible for goods held by customs or tax authorities due to the customer’s personal obligations.
3.9 These delivery conditions also apply to products sold and delivered by partners on our marketplace.
3.10 You, as the customer, are responsible for the importation of the product, while UseFlex acts solely as an intermediary via the platform.
3.11 Marketplace partners are responsible for product quality, descriptions and timely delivery in accordance with Dutch and European legislation.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
4.2 Products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging), including all accessories and documentation.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
5.1 Return requests are processed in accordance with Dutch consumer rights legislation.
5.2 Returns due to product defects are permitted within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges due to incorrect size or model may be made within the same period and under the same conditions.
6. Other Provisions
6.1 UseFlex reserves the right to modify these terms, prices and delivery times at any moment, without prior notice.
6.2 In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be the court of the customer’s place of residence.
